Next at Riverside Food Lab: Lebanese Fare and Cold-pressed Juices

The mix of dining choices at the Riverside Food Lab will include a family-run Lebanese eatery and organic fruit and vegetable juices.

The food hall in downtown Riverside will host 14 vendors, six of which have been announced by developer Arteco Partners. On Friday, Aug. 4, the company named Fufu’s Grill and Freely Raw to the tenant list.

Fufu’s Grill proprietors Mark and Iman Berry and their family run one other Riverside location where they serve freshly made falafel, hummus, beef and chicken shawarma and other Mediterranean specialties.

At Freely Raw, creator Jennifer Fisher will offer Jennifer’s Juice, cold-pressed from organic local produce, as well as occasional raw vegan dishes and her advice on juice recipes, a Food Lab news release states.

Other vendors are Bricks and Birch pizza, BeerFarm craft beers, Sweet Combforts dessert waffles, and Bolcupop acai bowls and popsicles. Located next to the Fox Performing Arts Center, the Food Lab is expected to open in early 2018.
