Access to healthcare is important to the vitality of any great city. The City of Riverside is pleased to announce new private investment in our community that creates job opportunities, builds economic synergy with our local educational institutions, and improves the quality of life for residents.

On April 5, 2017, the City of Riverside, Pacific Medical Buildings, Jacobs Development Company, Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce and RadNet celebrated the groundbreaking of the long-awaited Radnet Medical Plaza in downtown Riverside.

Located on 4500 Olivewood Avenue, the Radnet Medical Plaza will encompass 30,000 square feet of much-needed medical office space. The site is being developed by Pacific Medical Buildings and Jacobs Development Company and will be occupied by RadNet. The project will also include a 125 stall surface parking lot. Site grading is expected to start in late April with construction anticipated to commence shortly thereafter. Completion of construction is expected to be completed in approximately 18 months.

Radnet is the largest provider of freestanding, fixed-site outpatient diagnostic imaging (ranging from x-ray to interventional radiology and everything in between) in the country, with more than 306 centers. Their team looks forward to providing new medical services for the communities of Riverside and greater Inland Empire!
