Wicks Brewing Co.is one of the largest brewpubs in the Inland Empire with 16 taps, a rotating guest tap and bottle list, food and live entertainment. Wicks Brewing Co. also has one of the only Brew-On-Premise (BOP) systems in California.
After years of brewing beer as a hobby and talking about opening a microbrewery, Owner Brad Wicks and his sons, Ryan and Cole, remodeled their 7,500 square-foot machine shop in 2013 into Wicks Brewery Co. This father and son business was founded with the sole purpose of bringing great craft beer and food to the Inland Empire in an environment that the whole family could enjoy.
At Wicks Brewing Co., YOU can be the brewer. One of the only “brewpubs” in California, Wicks Brewery Co. has a supervised area onsite where the public can pay to brew their very own batches of beer. In just a couple hours you can create your concoction and the crew will take it from there to guide your creation through the fermentation process. A few weeks later, you can come back to Wicks and bottle it up.
Craft breweries are flourishing across the nation as more and more people are becoming beer aficionados and connoisseurs. According to brewersassociation.org, California was recently ranked #1 nationwide for the number of craft breweries across the state, barrels of craft beer produced per year and economic impact of craft breweries. With over 380 craft breweries and 2.9 million barrels produced in 2013, craft breweries had a $4.6 billion economic impact.
